Wild mint is a powerful digestive supporter. It is known as a stomachic, meaning it promotes the appetite and assists with digestion. Wild Mint can be used for indigestion, flatulence, stomach cramps, diarrhoea, constipation, dysentery, intestinal worms and many other abdominal disorders.
