Shipping policy

Please note that we only provide delivery via our own shipping service (The Courier Guy) and don't allow customers to book their own courier.

We try to be as quick as possible when shipping out your products, most of the time we ship within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will send your parcel using either overnight or economy, depending on the size of your order (in terms of physical size and weight) and the area you stay in. So you'll get your parcel within 1-3 days. Please note - we don't deliver on weekends.

We ship out orders with our courier partner (The Courier Guy) daily (on weekdays) and have a great relationship with the drivers and staff. We very seldom have had any issues with them, and have received exceptional service and delivery times of the years with collaborating with them :)

We don't make money from delivery costs, and we receive bulk discount rates from the Courier due to our volumes (which we pass onto you)

After your parcel has been sent out (you will be notified by email/SMS), you'll also receive updates as it progresses from us to you. Keep an eye on your email for this. You'll also receive a delivery PIN, give this to the courier when they drop off your parcel.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

✶ Orders under R1000 have standard courier shipping rates (+- R100 depending where you live)
✶ Orders over R1000 have free shipping.*

International delivery is done via DHL*

We are very passionate about being as eco-friendly and plastic free as possible. We wrap products with upcycled packing paper and old magazines - being sure fragile products are wrapped with extra care. We then put the wrapped products into a brown kraft flyer bag or box. On the front of the flyer/box will be a sticker and waybill.

 

We reserve the right to charge you for additional shipping if our automated systems quote the wrong price. You may also cancel your order if you're not happy with the provided updated price.
