The blend
Full spectrum, not an isolate
Nine to one is a long way toward the CBD end, but this is still a whole-plant extract rather than CBD isolated out on its own. The minor cannabinoids and terpenes the plant made are still in the bottle, in the proportions it made them.
That is the difference between this and the pure CBD oil in the range, which has no Δ9 in it at all. Here there is a little, deliberately.

Nine parts CBD to one part Δ9. In a 10ml bottle that is about 180mg of CBD to 20mg of Δ9 — 200mg of cannabinoids across 200 drops, roughly 1mg in each.
Set against the rest of the range: a tenth of the cannabinoids here are Δ9; in the 3:1 it is a quarter, and in the balanced 1:1 it is half, and the Sativa 1:12 is a different proposition entirely.
