We highly recommend having probiotic rich foods and drinks regularly. Probiotics are live microorganisms, which improve or restore our gut flora. 

Common fermented foods that naturally contain probiotics include kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, tempeh, kimchi, sourdough bread and certain homemade cheeses and yogurts. Also fermented vegetables such as pickles, beetroots, onion, etc also have decent amounts of good bacteria!
