Suggested use
Standard dosage is 2-6 drops before bed. Due to the cannabinoid profile on this blend we recommend only using it at night, due to the sedative and possible psychoactive effects that may occur with day time usage. After tolerance has developed, it can be used in higher dosages and during the day too, although we do recommend using our balanced (1:1) blend or high CBD (3:1) for day time use.
Use sublingually for best results.

Whole plant, kept whole
A full-spectrum Transkei Sativa extract in coconut MCT oil — the complete profile of cannabinoids and terpenes left intact, taken by the drop under the tongue.
The extract
Grown in the Transkei, nothing taken out
This is the ground it comes from: a hillside in the Transkei, beds cleared and watered by hand, rondavels along the ridge above. The plants are landrace, heirloom Sativas — seed that has been in that soil long enough to have adapted to it.
Full spectrum means nothing is taken out. The extract is drawn from the whole plant with food-grade ethanol through repeated distillation, and it keeps the complete profile of cannabinoids and terpenes the plant made rather than being reduced to a single isolated compound.
What ends up in the bottle is that extract and coconut MCT oil. Nothing else.
The ratio
One part CBD to twelve
The ratio is the shape of the blend: one part CBD to twelve parts Δ9. That makes it a Δ9 oil with a little CBD in it rather than a balance of the two, and it is why this sits at the strong end of Canna Heal's range — the balanced 1:1 and the high-CBD 3:1 are the same plant weighted the other way.
In a 10ml bottle that is about 10mg of CBD extract to 120mg of Δ9: 130mg of cannabinoids across 200 drops, roughly 0.6mg in each. Every size carries the same 1:12.
Why sativa
A sativa, and still an evening oil
Sativa is a type of cannabis — there is also indica and ruderalis, and the differences between them are argued over more than they are settled.
Which raises the obvious question, since sativa has a reputation for lifting and indica for relaxing. Canna Heal's answer, from their own growing and research, is that the label matters less than the individual plant and the ground it grew in: every plant differs from the rest, and the type on the packet predicts less than people expect.
Theirs came out on the sedating side. That is why this is the blend they point people towards for the evening, and why the balanced 1:1 and the high-CBD 3:1 are the ones for daylight. If it does not suit you, another blend in the range might.
How to take it
Under the tongue, before bed
2 to 6 drops, sublingually — held under the tongue rather than swallowed, which is what gets the cannabinoids in rather than through you.
Keep it to the evening. This blend is sedative and can be psychoactive in daylight hours, which is not what most people want from a working day. Once a tolerance has built, higher doses and daytime use are possible — though the balanced 1:1 or the high-CBD 3:1 are the ones made for that.
