Suggested use
Standard dosage is 2-6 drops before bed. Due to the cannabinoid profile on this blend we recommend only using it at night, due to the sedative and possible psychoactive effects that may occur with day time usage. After tolerance has developed, it can be used in higher dosages and during the day too, although we do recommend using our balanced (1:1) blend or high CBD (3:1) for day time use.

We grow our Sativa in the Transkei, extract the whole plant with food-grade ethanol and carry it in coconut MCT oil. This is our most Δ9-forward blend, and the one we recommend keeping for the evening.
The extract
Grown and made in the Transkei
We grow these landrace Sativas on a Transkei hillside, in cleared beds watered by hand, with the rondavels along the ridge above.
We draw the extract from the whole plant with food-grade ethanol through repeated distillation and filtration. The cannabinoids and terpenes stay together, as they occur in the plant.
The finished oil is our full-spectrum extract blended with coconut MCT oil.
The ratio
One part CBD to twelve
This is a Δ9-led oil with a small amount of CBD. A 10ml bottle contains about 10mg CBD and 120mg Δ9 across 200 drops.
Each drop contains roughly 0.6mg of cannabinoids.
Why sativa
Why is a Sativa our evening oil?
People often expect every Sativa to feel uplifting and every Indica to feel relaxing. In our experience, it is not nearly that simple.
The individual plant, its unique make-up and the ground it grows in tell you more than the familiar Sativa and Indica shorthand.
Our Transkei Sativas are the plants behind this evening blend. If this is not the kind of oil you are looking for, one of the gentler, more CBD-forward ratios may suit you better.
How to take it
Under the tongue, before bed
Take 2 to 6 drops under the tongue before bed.
Start with 2 drops and increase gradually. We recommend keeping this blend for the evening while you learn how it suits you.
