Canna Heal's own full-spectrum extract met with a high-CBD one, half and half — about 1mg of cannabinoids to a drop, and mild enough at the usual dose to take and carry on.
The blend
Two extracts, met halfway
Half the cannabinoids in this bottle are Canna Heal's own full-spectrum Sativa extract, off ground like the hillside in the picture. The other half is an imported high-CBD extract, brought in because the plants that grow well on that ground are not the plants that yield CBD in quantity.
Equal parts of the two, in coconut MCT oil, and nothing else in the bottle.
The ratio
One to one
Neither side is weighted over the other, which puts this in the middle of Canna Heal's range: the 3:1 and the 9:1 lean further toward CBD, and the Sativa 1:12 leans hard the other way.
In a 10ml bottle that is 100mg of CBD to 100mg of Δ9 — 200mg of cannabinoids across 200 drops, roughly 1mg in each.
How to take it
Under the tongue, as needed
1 to 5 drops, up to 3 times a day, held under the tongue rather than swallowed. Start at the low end and move up over time rather than beginning where you expect to end.
Mild psychoactive effects may occur at higher doses. Canna Heal ask to be consulted before anyone moves to higher doses or frequent use, which is a better first step than guessing.
