Suggested Use

/ recipe: A tea is made. Using around 300 - 600mg of dried root powder in very hot water for five minutes and then to drink about an hour before bed.

Every time I came here the African dream root Silene capensis was always sold out and I was tired of waiting so I tried kirkii honestly best decision , my dreams are so vivid and I remember them so well in the morning . Even after I stopped taking it I am still having vivid dreams it has lasting effects , my dreams are important to me because they always have messages for me and the people around me ,next time am getting two 😀
