Why returns aren’t always possible
Much of our range is food, natural medicine and personal care. Once those leave our shelves we can’t restock them — for your safety and everyone else’s. Where a product can’t come back, we’ll usually offer a refund, an exchange, or a gift code instead, so you’re never simply stuck.
