Thyme is full of antioxidants. It is a great source of vitamins C, B, E, K, and A. It is also a source
of beta-carotene and folic acid
Directions to use:
Tea: Pour 1 cup of boiling water onto 2 teaspoons of herb. Steep for 10min in a closed container. Strain and drink three times per day.
Bath: Take 200g of herb for a full bath.

Small amounts are found to be safe for pregnant women.
Large amounts or concentrates are not advised for pregnant women.
