Organic cacao butter and cacao powder make the chocolate base. Mesquite and Zamli dates bring their own sweetness, so there is no added sugar in the recipe.
The tube describes the chocolate as organic, vegan and sugar-free.

A gram of mushroom, split five ways
Each heart carries 200mg of dried mushroom, and five hearts to a pack is a gram of it in total.
