A raw cacao bliss ball made with dates, raisins, macadamia, cashew and cacao nibs. Choose the ball with 100mg or 200mg of mushroom microdose; Bliss Balls’ directions are one in the morning, every second day.
The ball
Dried fruit, nuts and raw cacao
Dates and raisins bind the macadamia and cashew into a soft paste that is rolled into balls. The nuts leave pale flecks through the dark mix.
Raw cacao appears twice: fine cacao powder runs through the mixture, while cracked cacao nibs give the outside its rough texture. Vanilla, peppermint oil and Oryx Desert Salt finish the recipe.
Everything in it is organic except the nuts and the mushroom. It contains macadamia and cashew nuts.
The dose
100mg, or 200mg
The mushroom is the only ingredient given by weight: 100mg in one ball and 200mg in the other. The rest of the recipe stays the same.
Here, microdose refers to the amount of mushroom in each ball.
How it's taken
One ball, then one day off
Take one ball in the morning, then leave a day between balls. It is chewed like food.
This is a dosed edible. Keep it separate from ordinary snacks. If you take medication, speak with a qualified professional before combining it with this product.
