The great uterine ally. Clary sage has been used by midwives and herbalists for centuries to support uterine rhythm, ease tension, and deepen the body’s surrender into labour. Warming, earthy and powerfully grounding.
Rose
For the heart. Rose opens, softens and reassures — bringing emotional tenderness and courage to one of the most vulnerable and extraordinary passages of your life. She is the love note in this blend.
Copaiba
The deep soother. Copaiba resin is profoundly anti-inflammatory and calming — supporting physical ease and nervous system regulation through the intensity of transition. Lesser known. Quietly essential.
Frankincense

HOW TO USE
Apply to wrists, inner ankles, lower belly or the soles of your feet during labour. Roll, press gently and breathe deeply. Reapply as often as feels good. Your birth partner can apply to your lower back during surges.
